Aleaciones

A distinct sonic journey through the five-string e-cello, expanded with electroacoustic media. The works commissioned for this project form a kaleidoscope of unique sound worlds. Ranging from the metallic to the diaphanous to the piercing, these pieces merge instrumental gesture and technology to forge new alloys that challenge the traditional notion of the musical instrument.

Féminas Sonoras

Led by Iracema de Andrade, this project unites works for five-string electric cello, electroacoustic media, and video, in collaboration with Adela Marín and Jessica A. Rodríguez. From a female and transdisciplinary perspective, the cello engages in dialogue with immersive soundscapes, ancestral resonances, and evocative visual narratives. Sound and image intertwine in a continuous cycle of creation,
transformation, and reflection.
